摘 要:建立了一种地表水中5种常见邻苯二甲酸酯类塑化剂的QuEChERS净化、气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS)的分析测定方法.样品经QuEChERS(PSA+Mg2SO4)脱水除杂后,加入叔丁基甲醚-乙腈提取,GC-MS法测定,外标法定量.5种塑化剂在10~1000 μg/L范围内线性良好(r> 0.998),方法最低检出限(LOD)为0.10 ~ 0.18 mg/kg,方法定量下限(LOQ)在0.3 ~ 0.7 mg/kg之间,2个加标水平的回收率为97.1%~107.4%,相对标准偏差(RsD,n=6)小于8%.该方法具有净化效果好、定量准确的特点,适用于地表水中多种邻苯二甲酸酯类塑化剂的快速检测.A method was established for the determination of 5 phthalic acid ester type plasticizing agents in surface water by gas chromatograph - mass spectrometry (GC-MS) after QuEChERS (Quick, Easy, Cheap, Rugged, and Safe) cleanup. The samples were dehydrated and purified by QuEChERS (PSA+Mg2SO4), then extracted with tea-butyl methyl ether - acetonitrile. The ultimate solution was detected and quantified by GC-MS under selected ion monitoring mode and qualified in external standard method. All of the 5 plasticizing agents were good in linear relationship between l0 and 1000 μg/L (r 〉 0.998). The limits of detection of the method (LODs) of target compounds were ranged from 0.10 to 0.18 mg/kg, the limits of qualification of the method (LOQs) were varied from 0.3 to 0.7 mg/kg, the mean recoveries were ranged from 97.1 to 107.4 % with the relative standard deviations (RSDs) less than 8 %. This method was suitable for the identification and quantification of 5 PAEs in surface water due to its simplicity and accurate.
