浅谈异烟酸—巴比妥酸分光光度法测定水中氰化物的误差与改进

摘　　要：目前测定水中氰化物主要使用异烟酸—巴比妥酸分光光度法,但是测定的结果与理论的结果不相符。本文改变了原检测方法的稀释液,实验结果表明改进方法的精密度、准确度符合实验的要求。The determination of cyanide in water was mainly used by isonicotinic acid-barbituric acid spectrophotometry currently, but the experimental result disagreed with the theoretical predictions.The paper changed the concentration of the dilution of the original methods and the result showed that the precision and accuracy of the improved method all accorded with the analysis criteria.
