摘　　要：乳化炸药生产过程的安全性是一个复杂的、综合的系统工程,文章从安全管理的角度出发,对现有的乳化炸药生产工艺进行全面剖析,提出加强生产过程中的工艺、设备管理,形成一个完善、可靠的安全保障系统观点。Safety of emulsion explosive production process is a complex, integrated system engineering, the paper from the management point of view, the process of emulsion explosive production existing of comprehensive analysis, put forward to strengthen the management of process, equipment in the production process, forming a perfect, reliable security system perspective.
