新型悬臂起吊装置的研制及在变电检修中的应用

摘　　要：更换35 kV户外互感器时,存在需要扩大停电范围才能满足吊车在变电设备区域内使用的问题。为此研制了一种新型手动、电动多用途悬臂起吊装置,该装置通过特殊的模块化、组合式设计实现了在检修现场小范围起吊设备,组装方便、快捷,操作简单,安全可靠。现场应用证明,更换35 kV户外互感器时使用该装置能在确保作业安全的前提下,缩小停电范围,减少作业人数和缩短工期。There is a problem that the scope of the power outage had to be expanded to satisfy the usage of crane in the area of transformation devices during the replacement of the 35 kV outdoor transformer. A new type electric and manual multi-use cantilever lifting device is developed, which realize the lifting of device in a small range of the maintenance field by special modularity and combination design. The device is convenient and fast to be assembled, simple to be operated and safe and reliable. The field application shows that the device can reduce the power outage range,the number of operators and shorten the working time under the guarantee of working security when replacing the 35 kV outdoor transformer.
