1359例已婚女职工妇科疾病普查结果分析及健康指导

摘　　要：目的 了解2012年蚌埠市各大银行已婚女职工妇科常见病的发病情况,指导女职工做好自我保健及为妇科病防治工作提供依据。方法 对健康体检中1359例已婚女职工进行妇科检查、白带常规、宫颈脱落细胞学或液基薄层细胞学及盆腔B超检查,分析健康体检中1359例已婚女职工常见病、宫颈疾病及不同年龄组妇女子宫肌瘤检出情况。结果 1359例被检已婚女职工的主要疾病为宫颈疾病446例（32.81%）、阴道疾病225例（16.56%）及子宫肌瘤200例（14.72%）,宫颈疾病以宫颈轻度糜烂（16.11%）、肥大（8.76%）和纳氏囊肿（4.19%）为主;40～49岁已婚女职工子宫肌瘤患病率最高,高于或低于此年龄组已婚女职工子宫肌瘤患病率逐渐下降。结论 生殖道感染及外源性雌激素增加是影响已婚妇女健康的主要疾病,提高广大已婚女职工自我保健意识和防病治病知识知晓率,系统规范化地治疗妇科常见病,可有效地降低患病率。Objective To explore the prevalence of common gynecological diseases in the married female employee of each banks in Bengbu,guide them to do well the self-hygiene,and provide basis for the prevention and control of gynecological diseases. Methods The gynecological examination,leucorrhea routine examination,routine exfoliated cervical cytology or liquid-based cytology（ LBC）,and pelvic ultrasound exam were performed in 1359 married female employees. The prevalence of common diseases,cervical disease and hysteromyoma in married female employees were studied. Results The main diseases were cervical disease（ 446 cases accounted for 32. 81%）,vaginal diseases（ 225 cases for 16. 56%） and hysteromyoma（ 200 cases for 14. 72%）. The cervical hypertrophy（ 8. 76%）,mild erosion（ 16. 11%） and nabothian cysts（ 4. 19%） were the common cervical diseases. The highest incidence of hysteromyoma was found in the female employee aged from 40 to 49. Conclusion The reproductive tract infection and the use of exoestrogens are the main factors that influence the women＇s health. The improved self-health care consciousness and knowledge about preventing and curing diseases,and the systematic and standardized management of common gynecological diseases can effectively reduce the morbidity of each kind of diseases.
