摘　　要：目的 探讨普米克联合博利康尼及沐舒坦气泵吸入治疗毛细支气管炎的临床疗效。方法 将80例确诊毛细支气管炎患儿分为对照组与治疗组各40例。对照组采用抗感染、止咳、化痰等综合治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加入普米克1mg/次、博利康尼2.5mg/次及沐舒坦15mg/次,配置成混合溶液,应用空气压缩气泵吸入治疗。每次10～15min,根据病情每日2～4次,疗程3～7d。对比2组气促好转、心率恢复正常、喘鸣音消失、湿音消失、咳嗽消失情况。统计学方法运用SPSS11.0统计软件进行数据处理,计量资料用（x±s）表示,组间参数比较采用t检验。结果 治疗组在改善呼吸系统症状,降低气道阻力,缩短病程方面效果明显优于对照组。治疗组气促好转、心率恢复正常、喘鸣音消失、湿音消失、咳嗽消失时间与对照组比较明显缩短,差异均有统计学意义（P均〈0.01）。结论 普米克联合博利康尼及沐舒坦气泵吸入治疗可有效改善毛细支气管炎症状,改善肺功能,疗效确切。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of inhalation of pulmicort with Bricanyl and mucosolvan in the treatment of bronchiolitis in children. Methods 80 cases admitted to hospital with bronchiolitis were divided into two groups randomly,control group and treatment group,with 40 cases in each,cases in control group were treated with synthetic therapy of anti-infection,relieved cough,reduced phlegm,etc,and 40 cases in treatment group were assistedly treated with pulmicort 1 mg / time,Bricanyl 2. 5 mg / time,and mucosolvan 15 mg / time,Mixture solution with air pump inhalation based on the same synthetic therapy. 10- 15 min each time,2- 4 times each day,with course for 3- 7 days. Contrast shortness of breath better,heart rate back to normal,wheezing,moist rale disappear,coughing disappear into two groups. All the data were analyzed with the spss 11. 0 software,the measurement data was showed on（ x ± s）,parameter comparison was adopted T test between groups. Results The treatment group showed improved symptom of breathing system,reduced airway resistance,reduced course of disease when compared to control group. In way of shortness of breath better, heart rate back to normal,wheezing,moist rale disappeared,coughing in treatment group were shorten more obviously than control group,the differences were significant（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Pulmicort with Bricanyl and mucosolvan to combine inhalation with air pump can improve the clinical symptoms of bronchioltis and the lung function,curative effect was very good.
