包茎患儿父母焦虑原因分析与干预

摘　　要：目的临床上家长的焦虑情绪对患儿疾病的治疗可能产生一些不良影响。本研究调查并分析包茎患儿父母产生焦虑的原因,并探讨有效的干预措施以减轻父母的焦虑症状,从而为包茎患儿的治疗提供支持。方法收集上海长征医院儿科诊治的包茎患儿的父母397名,其中父亲189名,母亲208名,应用Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS问卷)对包茎患儿父母进行问卷调查,并填写自制的焦虑原因调查表,调查家长产生焦虑的各种原因,同时对患儿家长进行相关干预。结果①包茎患儿父母SAS评分、父亲SAS评分、母亲SAS评分分别为(43.14±13.79)分、(42.11±14.29)分、(44.08±13.28)分,与全国常模(33.80±5.90)分比较均明显增高(P<0.01);②包茎患儿父母产生焦虑的原因主要分为3类:因疾病预后而焦虑者有123人(占焦虑人数的88.49%);因治疗方法而焦虑者有102人(占73.38%);因治疗后并发症而焦虑者有57人(占41.00%);③针对患儿父母焦虑的具体原因进行干预后,患儿父母的焦虑症状明显缓解。结论包茎患儿父母产生焦虑的原因有多种,主要是担心疾病的预后、治疗的方法及治疗后并发症,针对具体的焦虑原因进行干预可收到良好的效果。Objective Anxiety of the parents may have some bad effects on the treatment of diseases in children,the purpose of this research was to investigate and analyze the cause of anxiety of the parents whose children were ill with phimosis,and to explore intervening measures. Methods A total of 397 parents of children with phimosis were collected at pediatric outpatient department of Changzheng hospital,the number of father was 189,and the mother＇s was 208. Zung self rating anxiety scale（ SAS） questionnaire and a homemade questionnaire were usded and we intervened the parents at the same time. Results ①SAS scores of the parents of children with phimosis,SAS scores of the fathers and the scores of the mothers were respectively（ 43. 14 ± 13. 79）,（ 42. 11 ± 14. 29）,（ 44. 08 ± 13. 28）,were significantly higher than the score of the national norm（ 33. 80 ± 5. 90）,P〈0. 01; ②The causes of anxiety of the parents could be divided into three aspects： anxiety for the prognosis of disease（ 123 people,accounting for 88. 49%）,anxiety for therapeutic method（ 102 people,accounting for 73. 38%）,and anxiety for complications of treatment（ 57 people,accounting for 41. 00%）. ③the anxiety of the parents relieved. Conclusion The parents of children with phimosis were anxious for various reasons,to intervene in view of the reason can get good effects.
