摘 要:VIKOR方法是基于TOPSIS法的一种多属性决策方法,其方法是首先确定理想解和负理想解,然后根据各备选方案的各个评价值与理想方案的接近程度对备选方案进行排序并择优。在评价时综合考虑最大化群体效用,最小化个别遗憾,是一种折中的决策方法。基于电力行业客户信用评价问题,提出了一种基于VIKOR法的多属性评价方法。该方法首先利用变异系数法确定各评价指标的指标权重,然后计算各备选评价客户的综合评价值,进而对各客户进行信用排序。该方法简单实用,便于利用Matlab等软件进行程式化操作,可以为电力企业在评价行业客户信用时提供参考。The VIKOR method is a multiple attribute decision making method based on TOPSIS method.The method is first to identify the ideal and negative ideal solution,and then sort and select the best alternative according to closeness degree between the evaluation value of each alternative with the ideal solution.In the decision process,it simultaneously considers the maximum group utility and minimum individual regret,and thus the method is a compromise decision method.For the customer credit evaluation problem of electric power industry,the article puts forward a kind of multiple attribute evaluation method based on VIKOR method.This method first uses the variation coefficient method to determine the index weight of each evaluation index,and then compute the comprehensive assessment value of the each candidate customer,and further gives the order of customers'credit.The method is simple and practical,and easy for program operation using software such as Matlab,and it can be used as reference for the electric power industry to give the decision of customer credit evaluation.
