摘　　要：冷战塑造了第二次世界大战之后最基本的国际关系状态,在"维护生存、推进发展"这一根本动因推动下,中国与欧共体关系表现出鲜明的特征——独立自主性而非完全依附性,政治主导性而非完全经贸性,相互依存性而非直接对抗性。共赢合作是中国与欧共体实现国家利益的基本形式,求同存异是中国与欧共体关系共赢发展的基本路径。After the Second World War,the cold war shaped the basic state of international relations. Driven by the fundamental motivation of surviving and advancing development, the relations between China and European commu- nity are relatively autonomous rather than completely dependent, politically dominant rather than completely com- mercial, interdependent rather than directly confrontational. The win-win cooperation between China and European community is the basic form to achieve their interests, and seeking common ground and reserving differences is the basic path to promote the win-win development between China and European community.
