摘　　要：以国家知识产权局专利数据库为基础,通过文献计量分析的原理和方法,研究了2003—2012年云南农业大学专利的申请情况,从量化角度直观地分析了云南农业大学技术创新能力的现状,并在此基础上提出了提高技术创新能力的对策。The patent application situations of Yunnan Agricultural University from 2003 to 2012 were studied by means ofbibliometrics analysis principle and methods based on the national intellectual property patents database. Also the currentsituation of the technical innovative ability of Yunnan Agricultural University was analyzed directly from the way of quantiza-tion and theof how to improve the technical innovative ability were proposed in the paper
