摘　　要：网球运动的快速发展,离不开网球教练员的指导和培训。通过文献资料法、调查法和数理统计法对陕西省网球教练员进行调查研究,发现陕西省网球教练员存在网球教练员年轻化、学历结构层次不均、技术等级不高等问题,针对这些问题提出对策和建议,以推动陕西省网球运动的可持续发展。The rapid development of tennis sport has owed a lot to tennis coaches and tennis training. Document data, ques-tionnaire and mathematical statistics have been used to investigate tennis coaches in shaanxi province. It was found that inshaanxi province, tennis coaches are younger with uneven level of technical level. And countermeasures and suggestions wereput forward to promote the sustainable development of tennis sport in Shaanxi.
