摘　　要：甘草黄酮是甘草中含有的一类生物活性较强的成分,具有很高的开发应用价值。对甘草黄酮提取方法和检测方法的研究现状进行综述,旨在为甘草黄酮的进一步开发利用提供参考。Glycyrrhiza flavonoids （FG） is a group of biologically active substances found in licorice, with a great value for the development and application. In this paper, the progress in the research of extracting technique and detecting method of FG are reviewed, so as to provide some reference for further researchs on the exploitation and utilization of FG.
