摘 要:浸没燃烧式气化器(Submerged Combustion Vaporizer,SCV)与一般的水浴式气化器相比,有很多特殊性,其中壳程内水浴的水循环强弱和水温高低是水浴内换热盘管是否会结冰的关键。首先从换热管束结冰的原因出发,得出防止换热管束结冰的主要途径。然后通过对Sub—X型SCV防结冰的措施进行分析,得出在不同负荷时进入围堰的烟气量和围堰内的含气率维持相对稳定的范围,保证不同工况下围堰内换热管束周围良好的水循环,避免围堰内水温过低,是防止换热管束结冰的关键。(图4,表2,参6)Submerged combustion vaporizers (SCV) have many particularities compared with the general water bath vaporizers, of which the degree of the water cycle in turbulence and the temperature of the water in the weir is the key that deciding whether the heat exchanging tubes in the water bath will freeze. To study the measures of anti-icing, this paper begins with the reasons for the freezing of heat exchanging tubes, which works out the main route of preventing freezing of the tubes. And then, by analyzing the measures of anti-icing of the Sub-X^-type SCV, it shows the key of preventing the heat exchanging tubes from freezing is to keep the volume of flue gas enter into the weir and the gas rate in the weir remain at a relatively stable range in different loads and ensure excellent circulation of water around the heat exchanging tubes in the weir, as well as avoid the temperature of the water in the weir getting too low under different conditions.
