长期服用双膦酸盐与非典型性骨折相关性的病例分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨长期应用双膦酸盐与非典型骨折的相关性。方法:收集长期应用双膦酸盐且发生非典型性骨折的患者55例,对其进行电话随访,就随访资料进行分析。结果:骨折后继续服用双膦酸盐的患者再次发生非典型性骨折的比率是57%,而服用其他药物治疗骨质疏松的患者再次发生非典型性骨折的比率是25%。结论:长期服用双膦酸盐的患者发生非典型性骨折的危险性增加。Objective Explore the long-term use of bisphosphonates and atypical fractures relevance. Methods Collected long-term use of bisphosphonates and occurred atypical fractures 55 patients in our hospital from March 2005 to March 2010,telephone follow-up, Collect the follow-up＇s data and analysis. Results Conti-nue to taking bisphosphonates after fracture in patients happening again rate of atypical fractures was 57%,while taking other medications in patients with osteoporosis happening again rate of atypical fractures was 25%. Conclusion Long-term use of bisphosphonates in patients increased the risk of the atypical fracture.
