摘　　要：战创伤伤口的换药是基层部队常用、实用性强的护理操作技能项目之一,伤口换药技能训练是要求学兵熟练掌握的操作技术。全面改革卫生士官教学过程,提高教学质量,是提高我校卫生士官培训质量的主要环节。通过教学设计上改革创新、改善教学支撑条件、训练方法改革创新等探索了适用的、灵活多样的教学方法。战创伤伤口换药技能教学获得了较为满意的教学效果。Dressing change for war or trauma wound is one of the commonly used and practical nursing operant skills in army medical units below division. The aim of training dressing change skill is demanding corpsmen have this skill at their finger ends. It is an important link for improving the training quality to comprehensive reform the teaching process and improve the teaching quality. Exploration of the flexible teaching methods applicable through the reform and innovation of teaching design,improve the teaching conditions,and training method innovation. The good teaching effect was obtained in war wound dressing skills teaching.
