摘　　要：公立医院是我国医药卫生服务体系中的重要组成部分,公立医院改制是医药卫生体制改革中的重要一环。为了理清公立医院改制相关问题,通过文献分析,界定公立医院与公立医院改制的内涵,认为公立医院所有权、经营权的变更和自主经营权的下放都应属于公立医院改制的范畴。根据公立医院改制的内容,将其分为所有权变更型、经营权变更型、经营自主权下放型,并对不同类型进行解析。The public hospital is an important part of the medical and health service system in our country,either to the public hospital reform to the medical and health system reform planning.Definition the public hospital reform by analyzing of the literature,in order to do something whit the public hospital reforming.It is divided into three different types according to the content of the restructuring：Changing Ownership pattern,Changing Operating Rights pattem and Decentralization of Operational Autonomy pattem.Affirmed the significance and importance of the reform of public hospitals.To parse it in connection with different types.
