摘　　要：武汉市为响应国家号召,积极开展国有企业医院改制工作。本文对武汉市国有企业医院的改制环境做了SWOT分析,确立了企业医院改制的战略决策方案,即倾向于利用外部机遇、发挥自身优势,并提出政府应积极推行相关政策保障企业医院改制的顺利进行,进行改制的企业医院应把握好自己的市场定位,明确法人治理结构、完善医院内部运行机制和加快技术创新、努力适应社会医疗服务需求的决策建议。In order to respond to national call,Wuhan City carries out the Enterprise-owned Hospital reform work actively.This paper shows us the SWOT analysis of Enterprise-owned Hospital reform environment from Wuhan City,and makes a conclusion that the strategic plan tending to use external opportunities and play to their strengths,and finally gives specific policy recommendations such as promote the relevant policies to protect corporate hospital restructuring,the restructuring hospitals should clear their market positions,clearing corporate governance structure and improve the hospital＇s internal operational mechanism,accelerate technological innovation process,and strive to meet the social demand for medical services.
