广西某三级甲等医院2003-2012年医疗质量综合评价分析

摘　　要：目的:通过对广西某三级甲等医院2003-2012年的医疗质量进行综合评价,了解该院医疗质量的发展情况,为加强医疗质量的控制和管理提供决策参考。方法:通过文献复习,从服务效率、诊断质量、治疗质量和管理质量4个维度,选择11个常用于评价医疗质量的指标,将各指标原始数据进行归一化处理,应用密切值法对该院近10年的医疗质量进行综合评价,利用RSR分档法对医疗质量的发展情况进行分档。结果:近10年来,该院医疗质量总体呈平稳上升趋势,根据各年度密切值的分档及排序,2008年度的医疗质量最好,密切值Ci为0.66;2003年度的医疗质量最差,密切值为16.75;各年度医疗质量分档合理,2008年和2011年处于质量好的档次,2003年、2004年和2005年处于质量差的档次,其余年度处于中等水平,各档差异性具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:密切值法结合RSR分档法具有一定客观性和实用性,能综合评价医疗质量。Objective：Through the synthetically evaluation and analysis on medical quality of an upper first-class hospital in Guangxi from 2003 to 2012,understood the overall development of medical quality,and provide empirical reference to strengthen hospital＇s quality of care and enhance its control and administration.Methods：Eleven indexes for evaluating the medical quality were selected through document review,the indexes were divided into four dimensions：service efficiency,quality of diagnosis,treatment and management of quality.The original data were normalized and standardized.Then Close-value method was applied to evaluate medical quality of each year,and made a suitable grading of the evaluation results with RSR method.Results：0ver the past decade,the overall medical quality of the hospital showed a steady upward trend.According to the grade and sort of the output quality from 2003 to 2012,year 2008 ranked the first,the value Ci is 0.66 ; and year 2003 ranked the last,the value Ci is 16.75; there were 2 years after grade good of the hospital medical quality,5 years were medium,and 3 years were; each grade has a statistically significant difference （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion：Close-value method combined RSR method can evaluate the research performance precisely and rationally.
