摘  要:在新技术经济条件下,能源密集型产业链可通过技术与知识的驱动实现产业链的低碳化升级,使其向低能耗、低污染、低排放和高附加值的"三高一低"的可持续低碳化发展方式转变。以产业链低碳化升级的本质特征和表现形式为基础,根据能源密集型产业链演进过程及其碳排放规律,提出能源密集型产业链的低碳化发展模式和实现路径。Along with the unceasing intensifying of global resources and carbon emissions ,the predatory development mode of the "three low and one high" of energy intensive industry chain is not sustainable w hich is high energy consumption , high pollution ,high emissions and low additional value .In the new economic conditions ,energy intensive industry chain may achieve the low-carbon upgrade driven by technology and knowledge ,and make the transition to the "three high and one low" sustainable low-carbon development mode w hich is a low energy consumption ,low pollution ,low emissions and high added value .Based on the essential characteristics and expression form of low-carbonization upgrade of industry chain ,according to the evolutional rule of energy intensive industry chain and its rule of carbon emissions ,this paper pro-posed the low-carbon development model and implementation path of energy intensive industry chain .
