瑶盐包熨烫配合推拿治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察瑶盐包熨烫配合推拿治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法:将80例膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组(40例)和对照组(40例),治疗组采用瑶盐包熨烫配合推拿,对照组单纯用推拿治疗,10次为1个疗程,治疗2疗程后根据膝关节功能及疼痛评分评定治疗效果。结果:治疗组显效24例,有效14例,无效2例,总有效率为95.0%;对照组显效15例,有效17例,无效8例,总有效率为80.0%。两组显效率及总有效率比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论:瑶盐包熨烫配合推拿治疗膝关节骨性关节炎有良好效果,无副作用,值得临床推广应用。Objective ： To observe the efficacy of Yao salt packet ironing combined with massage for the therapy for knee osteoarthritis . Methods： 80 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group （40 cases） and control group （40 cases）. The treatment group were treated with Yao salt packet ironing combined with massage, the control group were treated simple with massage therapy. After 2 courses of therapy,to determine the treatment effect based on the scores of knee function and pain. Results： The total effective rate of treatment group was 95.0% ; the total effective rate of control group was 80.0%. The total effective rates were compared （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the difference was statistically significant, thus indicating that the treatment group is better than the control group. Conclusion： Yao salt packet ironing combined with massage for the therapy for knee osteoarthritis has a better effect, no side effects, and is worthy of clinical application and spread.
