杂交组合同异评估方法在小麦育种中的应用

摘　　要：为使育种工作者在杂种早代即能明确重点组合，提高杂交组合利用率，研究采用杂交组合同异评估原理与方法，对2011~2012年度安阳市农业科学院的52个小麦杂交组合进行了各性状理想值的分析，研究了各个组合与育种目标（理想值）各性状的同一度及综合同一度，确定它们是否达到育种目标的要求，并根据综合同一度及排序评出一等组合11个，二等组合36个，三等组合5个。最后讨论了该方法的优越性，指出该方法具有良好的应用前景，建议在育种工作中推广应用。In order to improve the utilization rate of hybrid combinations, and to make the breeders clear the key combinations in hybrid early generation, using the principle and method of similarity-difference evaluation for hybrid combinations, the ideal value of each character of 52 wheat hybrid combinations from Anyang Municipal Academy of Agricultural Sciences in 2011~2012 were analyzed. Then, the similar degree and the comprehensive similar degree of each character between each combination and ideal value were compared to determine whether the combinations meet the requirements of breeding goal. And then, according to the comprehensive similar degree and the order, 11 the ifrst-class combinations, 36 second-class combinations and 5 third-class combinations were evaluated. In the end, the advantages of the method were discussed, and the results revealed that the method has great applying prospects, and recommend that it should be applied in breeding.
