图书馆协同构建农业科研系统信息库的研究

摘　　要：在阐述农业科研系统信息库的概念和特点的基础上,详细介绍了图书馆协同构建农业科研系统信息库的内涵及意义,分析了影响信息库构建的环境因素,提出了信息库构建的目标和评价指标,以及农业科研系统信息库的结构和功能,最后从加强农业图书馆的信息资源建设,创造畅通和谐的联盟环境和提升创新和服务能力3个方面提出了加快图书馆协同构建农业科研系统信息库的途径。Based on introducing the concepts and the characters of information database of agricultural scientiifc research system, the connotation and the signiifcance of constructing information database of agricultural scientiifc research system cooperated with libraries were introduced detailedly. Then, the environmental factors inlfuencing construction of information database were analyzed, and the aims, the evaluation indexes, the structure and the functions of it were also proposed. In the end, the approaches for accelerating construction of information database of agricultural scientiifc research system cooperated with libraries were put forward in terms of strengthening construction of information resources for agricultural libraries, creating unobstructed and harmonious alliance environment, and enhancing innovation ability and service ability.
