摘 要:激光泵浦系统的脉冲电容器在工作一段时间之后会出现一定的残余电压,而且残压会越来越大,残余电压会对激光装备造成严重影响。笔者通过充放电试验,研究了影响脉冲电容器残余电压的因素,以及残余电压产生和升高的机理。结果表明:残压与电容充电电压以及损耗都有关。损耗越大残压越大,当损耗在一定的范围内时,残余电压随着电容充电电压的升高基本呈现线性递减的趋势,损耗越大递减越慢;当损耗超出这一范围时,残余电压随着充电电压的升高不再呈现线性递减,而是在一定的水平浮动。随着充放电过程的进行,残压呈现变化越来越快的趋势,残压的升高与电容器端部金属层的腐蚀退后有关。这些研究成果为脉冲激光装备的正确应用,以及进一步改善脉冲电容器制造工艺,抑制残压过快增长,有效延长工作寿命奠定了基础。The pulse capacitors of laser pumping system will generate residual voltage after working for a period of time,and the residual voltage of pulse capacitor will increase to harm the laser equipment. In this study,charging and discharging tests were conducted to investigate the factors influencing the residual voltage of pulse capacitors, and to understand the generating and elevating mechanisms of the residual voltage. The results show that the residual voltage is related to charging voltage and loss of capacitor, and the greater the loss of capacitor, the higher the residual voltage. When the loss is in a certain range,the residual voltage presents a linearly decreasing trend with the rise of the charging voltage of capacitor, and the greater the loss, the slower the decreasing rate. When the loss is beyond this range, the residual voltage no longer shows linearly decreasing trend, but shows a certain fluctuation. During the charging and discharging process,the residual voltage varies acceleratively,and the increase in the residual voltage is due to the corrosion of the metal layer on the capacitor end. This study may facilitate correct application of pulsed laser equipment and further improvement of manufacturing processes of pulse capacitor to inhibit excessive increase in residual voltage and to extend service lifetime.
