摘  要:国网公司系统连续发生多起220~500 kV电力互感器损坏事故,对电网安全运行带来了十分严重的影响。针对这些事故,国网公司开展互感器二次负荷调查统计工作,共涉及9个省市电力公司的18个220 kV至500 kV变电站。通过现场实测数据统计分析,表明互感器二次负荷绝大部分运行在25%额定负载之下,二次绕组额定容量不满足各种相关技术规程。分析论证了选择过大的二次绕组额定容量,将严重影响互感器计量、测量、保护等性能,同时导致互感器体积和重量过于偏大,造价偏高,不符合环保和绿色电力的要求,而且造成互感器的综合特性变差,包括电气性能和机械性能下降。最后提出了降低二次负荷及减少二次绕组的设计选型原则,并建议对互感器相关标准和规范开展修订研究。Power system of State Grid continuously happened several of 220-500 kV instrument transformer damage accidents,and caused serious influence to safe operation of power grids. In response to these accident, State Grid launched secondary load investigation of instrument transformer,involving 18 220 kV to 500 kV substation of nine power companies of provinces and municipalities. Through field measurement,statistical analysis showed that the vast majority secondary practical burden of instrument transformer lower than 25% rated burden, and does not meet the relevant technical regulations. This paper discussed secondary rated capacity designed a oversize value,it seriously affected the transformer metering,measurement,protection performance and lead to increase of transformer size,weight and cost,does not meet the requirements of environmental protection and green power,but also resulted in deterioration of transformer integrated features,including electrical and mechanical performance. Finally,this paper put forward design principle to reduce the secondary load and reduce secondary windings,and suggested that the relevant standards and norms of instrument transformer should carrying out revision and research.
