摘 要:超级电容作为一种兼具普通电容器与化学电池优点的储能器件,在电动汽车、轨道交通等领域有广阔的应用前景。生产过程中涂覆碳层的厚度控制直接影响电容的品质与安全。针对在线检测中原始数据的特点,设计了无偏似然估计阈值法小波滤波和粗大误差判别来进行双重滤波,以此来反映碳层厚度。实际运行中系统动态采集数据性能稳定,且能够准确反应生产中涂覆碳层厚度,满足超级电容薄膜厚度在线检测的要求。Supercapacitor is a kind of chemical battery energy storage device with both advantages of regular capacitors and chemical battery.It has wide application prospects of the electric car,rail transportation and other fields.The thickness of carburized layer during manufacturing process di-rectly affects the quality of the capacitance and se-curity.This thesis studies the characters of the raw data and designs wavelet filter with the unbiased likehood threshold estimation and gross error de-tection to reflect the thickness of carburized layer. The system has stable performance of dynamic data acquisition in actual operation,and it can accurately get the thickness of carbon layer in the production, which meet the requirements of the online film thickness detecting of super capacitor.
