摘　　要：目的分析妊娠期高血压疾病母婴结局不良的危险因素并探讨有效的预防对策。方法选取河北省保定市妇幼保健院2012年5月-2013年4月收治的186例妊娠期高血压疾病患者作为研究对象,分析孕妇一般资料、妊娠状况以及疾病情况对母婴结局的影响。结果母婴结局良好116例,母婴结局不良70例,年龄≥35岁、文化程度低、体重指数异常、未补充叶酸、未定期孕检、疾病种类以及合并其他疾病均为母婴结局不良的危险因素。结论妊娠期高血压疾病母婴结局不良与诸多因素有关,临床工作者应该了解其危险因素,采取有效的预防措施,从而改善妊娠期高血压疾病母婴结局。Objective To analyze the risk factors for poor maternal - infant outcomes of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy and to explore the effective preventive measures. Methods Totally 186 patients with hypertensive disorders in pregnancy ad- mitted to Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Baoding City from May 2012 to April 2013 were enrolled in this study. The im- pact of pregnant women＇s baseline information, pregnancy condition and disease status on maternal and neonatal health outcomes were analyzed. Results Overall, 116 cases had a favorable outcome, while 70 had a poor outcome. The risk factors for poor maternal - infant outcomes were as follows： age ≥35 years, low education level, abnormal body mass index, absence of folic ac- id supplement during pregnancy, absence of regular prenatal care checkup, and the types of diseases and complications. Conclu- sions The maternal - infant outcomes of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy are associated with many factors, and hence, clini- cians should be aware of the risk factors and take effective preventive measures to improve maternal - infant outcomes of hyperten- sive disorders in pregnancy.
