2型糖尿病患者骨保护素水平与动脉粥样硬化的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的研究2型糖尿病患者骨保护素(osteoprotegerin,OPG)水平与动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)的相关性。方法选取长沙市中心医院内分泌科88例2型糖尿病患者,根据颈动脉内中膜厚度(intima-media thickness,IMT)分为AS组和非AS组,另选同期医院体检中心健康者40名为对照组,分别测定血浆OPG水平以及血液生化指标。结果 2型糖尿病AS组OPG水平高于非AS组,两组均高于正常对照组;OPG水平与颈动脉IMT、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白呈正相关;糖化血红蛋白、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol,LDL-C)、OPG及年龄是影响颈动脉IMT的相关因素。结论在2型糖尿病中,OPG升高与动脉粥样硬化密切相关,有必要在病程早期检测OPG,并及早进行干预,降低糖尿病动脉粥样硬化风险。Objective To explore the relationship between plasma osteoprotegerin （OPG） and atherosclerosis （AS） in patients with type II diabetes. Methods Eighty- eight patients with type II diabetes hospitalized in Department of Metabolism and Endocrinology, Changsha Central Hospital were divided into AS group and non - AS group according to their carotid intima - me- dia thickness （IMT） ; whileme^m 40 healthy people chosen from the physical examination center of the hospital were taken as control group. The plasma OP（; level and serum biochemical indices were determined. Results The plasma OPG level was higher in the AS group than that in the non- AS group, and the levels of the two groups were both higher than that in the con- trol group. The plasma OPG level was positively correlated with carotid IMT, fasting blc^i - glucose and HbAlc. HhAlc, low- density lipoprotein - cholesterol （LDL - C）, OPG levels and age were the relative factors influencing carotid IMT. Conclusions The increase of plasma OPG level is closely related to atherosclerosis in type II diabetes. It is necessary to detect plasma OPG and timely conduct the related interventions on diabetic patients in early stage so as to reduce the risk for atherosclerosis.
