摘　　要：采用双螺杆挤出机,通过熔融共混法制备了尼龙1012 （PA1012）/马来酸酐接枝乙烯-辛烯共聚物（POE-g-MAH）/高密度聚乙烯（HDPE）合金材料.固定PA1 012/POE-g-MAH/HDPE的含量比为80/（20-x）A（x=0 ～20）,通过机械性能、扫描电镜（SEM）、熔体质量流动速率（MFR）测试,考查了HDPE含量对POE-g-MAH增韧PA1012性能的影响.当（20-x）∶x小于3∶2时,随着HDPE含量的提高,合金材料的冲击强度、弯曲模量均增大.当PA1012/POE-g-MAH/HDPE的含量比为79.8/12/8时,与20％ POE-g-MAH增韧PA1012相比,悬臂梁缺口冲击强度提高了30.4％,弯曲模量提高了19.8％,有效实现了增韧PA1012的刚韧平衡.A series of PA1012/POE-g-MAH/HDPE blends were prepared by melt blending in a twinscrew extruder.The content of PA1012 was fixed as 80/20-x/x （x =0 ～20）,and the effects of the HDPE content on the PA1012/POE-g-MAH/HDPE blends were measured by the mechanical properties,MFR and scanning electron microscope （SEM）.The results showed that when the weight ratio of POE-g-MAH/HDPE was less than 3∶2,the impact strength and the flexural modulus of PA1012/POE-g-MAH/HDPE blends increased continuously with the HDPE content.Compared to the blend of PA1012/POE-g-MAH with 20％ of POE-g-MAH,the impact strength and the flexural modulus of the blend with PA1012/POE-g-MAH/HDPE ratio of 79.8/12/8 were increased by 30.4％ and 19.8％,respectively which balanced the toughness and stiffness of the toughed PA1012.
