摘 要:采用双螺杆挤出机,通过熔融共混法制备了尼龙1012 (PA1012)/马来酸酐接枝乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE-g-MAH)/高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)合金材料.固定PA1 012/POE-g-MAH/HDPE的含量比为80/(20-x)A(x=0 ~20),通过机械性能、扫描电镜(SEM)、熔体质量流动速率(MFR)测试,考查了HDPE含量对POE-g-MAH增韧PA1012性能的影响.当(20-x)∶x小于3∶2时,随着HDPE含量的提高,合金材料的冲击强度、弯曲模量均增大.当PA1012/POE-g-MAH/HDPE的含量比为79.8/12/8时,与20% POE-g-MAH增韧PA1012相比,悬臂梁缺口冲击强度提高了30.4%,弯曲模量提高了19.8%,有效实现了增韧PA1012的刚韧平衡.A series of PA1012/POE-g-MAH/HDPE blends were prepared by melt blending in a twinscrew extruder.The content of PA1012 was fixed as 80/20-x/x (x =0 ~20),and the effects of the HDPE content on the PA1012/POE-g-MAH/HDPE blends were measured by the mechanical properties,MFR and scanning electron microscope (SEM).The results showed that when the weight ratio of POE-g-MAH/HDPE was less than 3∶2,the impact strength and the flexural modulus of PA1012/POE-g-MAH/HDPE blends increased continuously with the HDPE content.Compared to the blend of PA1012/POE-g-MAH with 20% of POE-g-MAH,the impact strength and the flexural modulus of the blend with PA1012/POE-g-MAH/HDPE ratio of 79.8/12/8 were increased by 30.4% and 19.8%,respectively which balanced the toughness and stiffness of the toughed PA1012.
