摘　　要：将热流道技术和CAE技术应用在汽车仪表盘右侧饰板模具设计中,通过模拟分析优化了最佳浇口位置、注塑工艺参数,保证了热流道板结构设计紧凑,降低加工制造成本,总结了开发该类塑料模具的思路和技术,提高了设计效率。The hot runner technology and CAE technology were applied to the automobile dashboard right trim mold design,the best gate location and the injection molding process parameters were optimized by simulation analysis to ensure the heat flow board compact structure design and reduce the manufacture cost.It summarized the development idea and technology of this kind of plastic mould,improved the design efficiency.
