摘  要:采用熔融共混法制备了废旧聚丙烯/乙烯-辛烯共聚物(r-PP/POE)复合材料,研究了POE加入量对材料力学性能的影响。并在此基础上制备了废旧聚丙烯/乙烯-辛烯共聚物/碳酸钙(r-PP/POE/CaCO3)、废旧聚丙烯/乙烯-辛烯共聚物/废旧玻璃纤维(r-PP/POE/r-GF)两种三元体系,研究了CaCO3和r-GF的加入量对材料力学性能和流动性能的影响。结果表明,CaCO3的加入可以提高材料的冲击强度、弯曲强度、弯曲模量和拉伸强度,但会降低断裂伸长率和熔体质量流动速率;废旧玻璃纤维的加入可以增加冲击强度、弯曲强度和弯曲模量,降低拉伸强度和断裂伸长率。The recycled polypropylene/ethylene-octene (r-PP/POE) composites were prepared by melt blending,and the influence of POE on the mechanical properties of r-PP/POE was studied.On this basis,two kinds of ternary system,recycled polypropylene/ethylene-octene/calcium carbonate (r-PP/POE/CaCO3),and recycled polypropylene/ethylene-octene/recycled glass fiber (r-PP/POE/r-GF) were prepared.The effects of CaCO3 and r-GF on the mechanical and flow properties of the systems were investigated.The results showed that the addition of CaCO 3 improved the impact strength,flexural strength,flexural modulus and tensile strength,but reduced the melt index and the elongation at break.Recycled glass fiber increased the impact strength,bending strength and bending modulus,reduced the tensile strength and elongation at break.
