隔药灸对原发性痛经细胞因子表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨隔药灸神阙穴治疗原发性痛经的治疗作用机制。方法:把60例痛经患者按随机数字表分为两组,每组30例,隔药灸组采用隔药灸神阙穴,西药组采用内服西药,并设正常空白组20例不作任何治疗。结果:隔药灸组总有效率(93.33%)优于西药组(80%)(P<0.05)。两组治疗后血浆IFN-γ均降低(P<0.01),血浆IL-4、IL-10含量均升高(P<0.01),且隔药灸组治疗后血浆IL-10、IFN-γ含量与西药组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后血浆中IL-4含量比较(P>0.05)。结论:隔药灸神阙穴能降低原发性痛经患者血浆IFN-γ;升高血浆IL-4、IL-10含量,使有失衡倾向的机体免疫功能得到调节使其恢复到平衡。Objective ： To explore the action mechanism of herb-partitioned moxibustion at Shenque （CV8） on treating primary dysmenorrhea. Methods ： Sixty primary dysmenorrhea patients were divided into two groups based on the random number table, 30 in each group. The herb- partitioned moxibustion group was treated by herb- partitioned moxibustion at Shenque （CV8） ; the western medicine group was treated by orally-taken western medicine ; a blank controlled group of 20 cases was set up without receiving any treatment. Results： The total effective rate of the herb-partitioned moxibustion group （93.33%） was significantly superior to that of the western medicine group （80%） （P 〈 0. 05）. After treatment, the IFN-T （P 〈0. 01 ） was lower than before, the IL-4, IL-10 （P 〈 0.01 ） was higher, differences between the herb-partitioned moxibustion group and the western medicine group in comparing IL-10, IFN-γ content in plasma were statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）, IL-4 con- tent was no significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Herb-partitioned moxibustion can down-regulate IFN-γ, up-regu- late IL-4, IL-10 during menstrual period and adjust imbalance immunity to normal state.
