疏肝安神针法治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察疏肝安神针法在治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛方面的临床疗效。方法:将61例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者随机分为疏肝安神针法组31例,常规治疗组30例。两组患者均给予电针夹脊穴及阿是穴刺络拔罐疗法,而治疗组在此基础上采用疏肝安神针刺法。分别于治疗前、后比较两组患者视觉模拟评分(VAS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表评分(SAS)。结果:3个疗程治疗结束后,两组患者疼痛程度、睡眠情况、负面情绪均得到显著改善,P<0.01;较之对照组,治疗组的改善程度更为显著,P<0.01;两组总有效率比较,治疗组优于对照组,P<0.01。结论:疏肝安神针刺法治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛,调节患者负面情绪,改善患者生活质量上疗效突出,有临床推广价值。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of smoothing liver and tranquilization acupuncture therapy in treating post-herpetic neuralgia （PHN）. Methods： 61 cases were randomly divided into treatment group of 31 cases and control group of 30 cases. Both groups were given electro-acupuncture at Jiaji and venesection cupping, while cases in treatment group were giv- en smoothing liver and tranquilization acupuncture therapy additionally. Patients＇VAS, PSQI, SDS, SAS were compared before and after treatment. Results： After 3 courses, significant difference was found in the improvement of both groups when VAS, PSQI, SDS and SAS was compared before treatment, all P 〈 0.01 ; results in the treatment group was more significantly than the controlled group, all P 〈 0.01 ; when total effective rate was compared, the treatment group was more superior, P 〈 0. 01. Conclusions： Smoothing liver and tranquilization acupuncture therapy is effective in treating PHN and is advantageous in regulating negative emotion so as to improve patients＇quahty of life, which observes clinical use.
