摘　　要：失眠症最早见于《黄帝内经》,后世医家对失眠的认识亦不断补充,从不同角度丰富和发展了失眠理论。本文从中医对失眠症的病因病机认识进行梳理,理清研究思路。Insomnia can be first found in Huangdi＇s Internal Classics, then the later physicians understanding of insomnia also supplemented, enriched and developed the theory of insomnia from different angles. This article combs from the traditional Chinese medicine understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of insomnia, sort out the train of thought.
