复脉膏外敷防治长春瑞滨致兔耳缘静脉损伤的病理实验研究

摘　　要：目的:从病理学角度观察、探讨复脉膏防治化疗性静脉炎的机理。方法:健康成年白色家兔45只,随机分为3组,每组15只;A组白兔分别脱去双耳毛发,B组和C组分别脱去右耳毛发。白兔耳缘静脉穿刺成功后,将长春瑞滨注射液推入。A组右耳采用复脉膏外敷,左耳不采取任何措施,作对照组;B组采用50%硫酸镁湿敷;C组采用生理盐水加利多卡因加地塞米松前后推注。完成后的24小时、7天、14天,从每组中随机各取5只切取耳缘静脉标本进行观察。观察指标:血管内皮细胞肿胀、血管周围水肿、管腔瘀血、管壁增厚、纤维增生程度、炎症细胞浸润等。结果:24小时后,对照组耳缘静脉损伤严重,A组大致为正常血管;B组和C组耳缘静脉有轻到中度损伤。7天和14天后,对照组静脉损伤仍较严重,A组为大致正常血管;B组和C组损伤静脉得到逐步改善。B组和C组与对照组及A组比较,差异均有显著性,P<0.05。结论:从病理学角度观察,复脉膏外敷防治化疗性静脉炎的疗效显著。Objective ： To observe and discuss the mechanism of prevention and treatment of chemotherapeutic phlebitis with external application of Fumai Paste. Methods： Forty-five healthy grown-up white rabbits were divided randomly into three groups with 15 rabbits in each group. Each rabbit of group A was taken off the hair of two ears. Each rabbit of group B and group C was taken off the hair of right ear. After succeed in venipuncture of rabbit ear, navelbine was been intravenous injection. The right ears of group A were prevented and treated with external application of Fumai Paste. The left ears of group A were controlled group, and were prevented and treated with nothing. The right ears of group B were prevented and treated with hydropathie compress of 50% magnesium sulfate ; the right ears of group C were prevented and treated with intravenous injection of normal saline and lidocaine and dexamethasone. Five rabbits were selected randomly from each group in 24 hours, 7 days and 14 days, and each ear vein was cut off. The obvervational index include： swelling of vascular endothelial cell, edema around vessel, blood stasis, thickening, fibroplasia and inflammatory cell infiltration. Results ： In 24 hours, injury of each ear vein of the controlled group was serious, each ear vein of group A was normal blood vessel, each ear vein of group B and group C was mild to moderate injured. In 7 ays and 14 days, injury of each ear vein of the controlled group was still serious, each ear vein of group A was still normal blood vessel, injury of each ear vein of group B and group C was ameliorated step by step. These data showed that the effect in group A was better than that in group B and group C and the controlled group （ P 〈 0. 05 for all）. Conclusion ： From the point of view of pathology, the effect of prevention and treatment of chemotherapeutic phlebitis with external application of Fumai Paste is remarkable.
