痰湿瘀阻方对多囊卵巢综合征大鼠卵巢组织INH-βPAI-1表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察痰湿瘀阻方对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)大鼠卵巢组织抑制素β(INH-β)、纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂-1(PAI-1)表达的影响,探讨痰湿瘀阻方治疗PCOS的机制。方法:选取SPF级健康雌性大鼠40只,随机抽取10只为空白组,余30只采用来曲唑诱导建造大鼠PCOS模型,造模成功后,随机分为模型组、二甲双胍组、痰湿瘀阻方组,每组10只。各组给予相应处理,测量实验前后卵巢重量,ELISA法检测卵巢组织INH-β、PAI-1的表达。结果:模型组INH-β、PAI-1的表达较其他各组高(P<0.05),痰湿瘀阻方组明显低于模型组(P<0.05),且低于二甲双胍组(P<0.05),痰湿瘀阻方组与空白组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);痰湿瘀阻方组体重指数低于其他各组(P<0.05)。结论:痰湿瘀阻方能够治疗PCOS,可能与其降低卵巢组织INH-β、PAI-1有关。Objective： To observe the effects of Phlegm Stasis Recipe on the expression of inhibinβ （INH-β） , plasminogen activator inhibitor- 1 （PAI- 1 ） on rats ovarian with polycystic ovary syndrome （ PCOS）, to investigate the mechanism of Phlegm Stasis Recipe in treating PCOS. Methods： Selecting 40 SPF health female rats, randomly selected 10 for blank grout）, The remaining 30 were used for constructed rat models of PCOS induced letrozole. After the success of modeling, they were randomly divided into model group, metformin group, Phlegm Stasis Decoction group, 10 rats in each group. The group gives the corresponding processing, measurement before and after ovarian weight, ELISA method for detecting ovarian tissue expression of INH-β, PAI-1. Results： The expression of INH-β and PAI-1 in the model group was higher than the other groups （P 〈 0. 05）, the expression of INH-β and PAI- 1 of phlegm and blood stasis group were significantly lower than that of the model group （P 〈 0. 05）, and was lower than the metformin group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, Phlegm Stasis Decoction group compared with the controlled group, there was no significant difference （ P〉0. 05 ） ; body mass index （bmi） of phlegm and blood stasis group was lower than the other groups （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Phlegm Stasis Recipe can treat PCOS, it may be related to its ability to reduce INH-β, PAI-1 of ovarian tissue.
