基于中医传承辅助系统的治疗失眠症惊悸不安状态方剂用药规律分析

摘　　要：统计了源于《内经》以后的中医近千种古籍文献,以"惊"、"悸"、"恐"、"怔忡"等为线索,检索出有关"惊悸"的文献资料,再以"眠"、"睡"、"寝"、"卧"、"暝"等为线索,对以上资料进行二次检索,最终获得同时治疗惊悸不安与失眠的方剂83余个。并应用中医传承辅助系统软件根据用药频次,总结常用药物及药对,并利用基于互信息法提取出药对及关联系数,形成核心组合,进一步演化新方,对新方中核心药物进行功效整理,总结隐含在用药方剂中的失眠症惊悸不安状态用药规律。Statistics from the TCM after nearly a thousand kinds of ancient literature, with ＂Jing＂, ＂Ji＂, ＂fear＂, ＂palpitation＂ as the clue, retrieve relevant ＂palpitation＂ literature, and then to ＂sleep＂ , ＂sleeping＂, ＂sleep＂, ＂lying＂, ＂night＂, such as the clue, carries on two times of retrieval of the above information, finally obtain simultaneous treatment with anxiety and insomnia prescription for more than 83 months. And the application of TCM inheritance system software according to the use frequency, summarize the common drugs and medicine, and the use of mutual information based on the extracted drugs on and correlation coefficient, forming the core portfolio, further evolution, function arrangement of core drugs in new party, summarizes the implicil in the prescription of insomnia, nervous medication rule.
