摘　　要：肝硬化是一种常见的慢性肝脏疾病,归属于中医"胁痛"、"积聚""臌胀"等范畴。肝硬化之病变与脾胃关系尤为密切,故治疗肝硬化顾护脾土亦须常贯穿始终。贾建伟教授谨守病机,巧用枳术丸化裁,虚实兼顾,注重健脾益气,可收良效。Liver cirrhosis is a common chronic liver disease, it belongs to the＂ threat＂ ,＂ accumulation＂ or＂ bloat＂ category in traditional Chinese medicine. The relationship between the pathological of cirrhosis and the spleen is very close, so the treatment of liver cirrhosis must protect the spleen throughout. Professor JIA Jianwei according to the pathogenesis, skillfully use Zhizhu Pill, pays attention to spleen and replenishing Qi, can receive a good effect.
