摘  要:为筛选出患病尼罗罗非鱼致病菌株,将细菌鉴定到种,找出敏感性抗生素,为尼罗罗非鱼的病害防治提供参考。通过回归感染试验确定病原菌;通过细菌形态学、生理生化和16SrDNA的测定结果,对病原菌进行鉴定;通过药敏试验,找到对病原菌有抑制作用的抗生素。通过感染试验确定菌株NL01为病原菌,形态学观察发现NL01为革兰氏阴性、短杆状;精氨酸双水解酶、VP、七叶苷、甘露醇等18项生理生化指标为阳性;扩增的16SrDNA目的片段长度为1446bp,最终鉴定为嗜水气单胞菌;药敏试验表明病原菌NL01对阿奇霉素、奥复星、丙氟哌酸等13种抗生素敏感,对菌必治、卡那霉素和链霉素3种抗生素中介,对阿莫西林、氨苄青霉素、恩诺沙星等15种抗生素耐药。引起本次尼罗罗非鱼细菌感染的病原是嗜水气单胞菌,阿奇霉素、奥复星、丙氟哌酸等13种抗生素对该病的防治具参考价值。The pathogenic bacterial strains were isolated from diseased Nile tilapia Oreochromis nilotica , identified to species by bacterial morphology ,physiology and biochemistry and 16S rDNA ,and a drug sensitive test of the bacterial pathogen was carried out to provide reference for treatment of the disease . Strain NL01 was identified as a pathogen Aeromonas hydrophila by infection experiment , and morphology ,and gram‐negative ,and rod‐shaped pathogen .Strain NL01 showed 18 positive physiological and biochemical indices including arginine hydrolase ,VP ,aesculin and mannitol .The 16S rDNA PCR fragment was found to be 1446 bp in length .Drug sensitivity test showed that the pathogen NL 01 was sensitive to 13 kinds of antibiotics including azithromycin , ofloxacin and ciprofloxacin , followed by ceftriaxone , kanamycin and streptomycin , and resistant to other 15 kinds of antibiotics such as amoxicillin ,ampicillin , and enrofloxacin . The findings indicate that 13 kinds of antibiotics including Azithromycin ,ofloxacin ,and ciprofloxacin are suggested to be used in treatment of this disease .
