摘 要:通过瘤胃微生物体外降解不同比例三叶草和稻草混合粉的研究,为人工瘤胃发酵底物添加成分提供适合比例。试验设计了7个不同比例三叶草和稻草混合粉(8∶2;7∶3;6∶4;5∶5;4∶6;3∶7;2∶8)的试验组合。通过测定7个不同比例组合的干物质降解率和产气量来筛选最适合比例。结果表明:瘤胃微生物体外降解三叶草和稻草的最适比例是7∶3,该组合产气量多、干物质降解率大,表明瘤胃微生物生长繁殖活跃,6∶4次之。因此,在采用人工瘤胃生产鸡、猪饲料时,应用三叶草和稻草的比例7∶3较为合适。利用瘤胃微生物开发低粗饲料的生物性饲料研究的意义是:降低了由于焚烧秸秆给环境带来的污染,减少资源的浪费,又为人们提供了绿色安全食品,是新农村建设可持续发展的有效途径。Rumen microorganisms in vitro degrading different proportions clover and straw mixed pow- der were researched to provide suitable ratio of fermentation substrates in artificial rumen. Seven different proportions of clover and straw mixed powder (8 : 2, 7 : 3, 6 : 4, 5 : 5, 4 : 6, 3 : 7, 2 : 8) were designed. Dry matter degradability and gas production were measured to select lhe most suitable ratio. The resuits showed that: optimal ratio of clover and straw is 7 : 3, because gas production is most and dry matter degradation rate is high, indicating that tureen microbial growth and reproduction is most active, followed by 6:4. Conclusion is that clover and straw ratio 7:3 is more appropriate by using artificial rumen microorganisms to produce chicken and pig feed. There have some biological significance by use of rumen microorganisms to develop low roughage feed: reducing the burning of straw to pollute the environment, decreasing the waste of resources, but also providing for people with green and safe foods. Besides, it is an effective sustainable development pathway for constructing new rural.
