桂林西瓜霜对重度宫颈糜烂远期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨桂林西瓜霜对宫颈糜烂的远期疗效。方法选择2010年12月∽2013年12月间，住院分娩初产妇中，对孕前患有重度宫颈糜烂，应用桂林西瓜霜治愈者100例为观察组；并随机取同期重度宫颈糜烂应用激光治愈者100例为对照组。对照观察两组产妇分娩方式。结果观察组阴道顺产率89．47％，宫颈性难产而发生剖宫产率10．53％；对照组阴道顺产率78．79％，宫颈性难产而发生剖宫产率21．21％。观察组顺产率高于对照组；剖宫产率低于对照组，两组从分娩方式来看远期疗效比较（P ＝0．029＜0．05），差异有统计学意义。结论桂林西瓜霜对重度宫颈糜烂远期效果好，对预防宫颈性难产、降低剖宫产率有明显的作用。Objective To investigate the long-term efficacy of Guilin Watermelon Frost for the treatment of severe uterine cervical erosion. Methods From December 2010 to December 2013,100 hospitalized-labor primiparas who had had severe uterine cervical erosion before pregnancy and had been cured by using Guilin Watermelon Frost were chosen in the observed group,and randomly selected 100 severe cervical erosion pa-tients who had been cured by receiving the laser therapy at the same period as the control group.Observed and compared the maternal delivery ways between the two groups. Results The observation group：spontaneous vaginal delivery rate was 89.47%,cesarean delivery of cervical dystocia rate was 10.53%.Whereas in the con-trol group,spontaneous vaginal delivery rate was 78.79%,cesarean delivery rate of cervical dystocia was 21.21%.The spontaneous vaginal delivery rate of observed group was higher than that of the control group, and the cesarean delivery rate of observation group was lower than the latter. Conclusion of the long-term efficacy from the delivery ways between the two groups showed there was statistically significant difference （P=0.029〈0.05）.Conclusion The Guilin Watermelon Frost has a good long-term efficacy for treatment of se-vere uterine cervical erosion,and it can prevent cervical dystocia as well as reduce the rate of uterine-incision delivery.
