摘  要:以长江流域片国家区域试验的45份大豆品种为材料,选择分布在大豆基因组8个连锁群的13对SSR标记进行分子ID构建及遗传多样性分析。结果表明:利用Satt138、Satt514、Satt231、Satt380、Satt442和Satt369这6对引物可以将45个参试大豆品种区分开,并获得唯一的分子ID;参试大豆品种间遗传相似系数为0~1.00,平均相似系数为0.4424,结果说明长江流域片国家区试大豆品种间遗传同源性较小,差异性较大。45 soybean varieties attending national regional test of Yangtze river basin were investigated,which analyzed the molecular ID and genetic diversity with 13 SSR primers in 8 linkage groups of soybean genetic map.The results showed that 6 SSR markers including Satt138,Satt514,Satt231,Satt380,Satt442 and Satt369 could be used to identify variation among 45 soybean cultivars,and a unique molecular ID was obtained to distinguish varieties. The genetic similarity coefficients among these varieties ranged from 0 to 1.00 and the mean coefficient was 0.442 4. These results indicated that the genetic homology level of soybean varieties were low and the genetic variation among those varieties was large in the study.
