摘 要:装备制造业作为国家工业发展的核心,其发展水平是国家技术创新能力的具体体现。当前,我国装备制造业高碳排放的现实情况,促使装备制造业在现代化进程中要加快实施低碳化管理,故低碳创新研究成为推进现代装备制造业发展低碳经济的关键。在对低碳技术及低碳创新系统理论阐释基础上,针对黑龙江省装备制造业发展现状及"十二五"现代装备制造业重点规划,构建了黑龙江省现代装备制造业低碳创新系统,包括低碳技术创新系统、低碳产品创新系统、低碳工艺创新系统、低碳管理创新系统、低碳制度创新系统五个子系统,为黑龙江省现代装备制造业低碳化发展提供一定的理论依据与实践思路。The equipment manufacturing industry is used as the core of national industrial development,whose development level is the embodiment of the national technology innovation. At present,the reality of high carbon emissions of equipment manufacturing industry can promote the equipment manufacturing industry to accelerate the implementation of low carbon management in the process of modernization,and the study of low carbon innovation has become the key of promoting the development of low carbon economy of modern equipment manufacturing industry. Based on theory of low carbon technologies and low carbon innovation system and aiming at the development situation of the equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang and the key planning of "the twelfth five -year plan" of modern equipment manufacturing industry,low carbon innovation system of modern equipment manufacturing industry was built in Heilongjiang,which included five subsystems of low carbon technology innovation system,the low carbon product innovation system,low carbon technology innovation system,low carbon innovation of management system and low carbon system innovation,and provided the theoretical basis and practical ideas for low carbon development of modern equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang.
