摘　　要：描述了现有的智力负债研究文献的总体特征,然后分别从概念、计量和管理等角度分析了智力负债研究的现状,最后展望了智力负债的未来研究方向。This paper describes the general characteristics of the existing literature on intellectual liability.Then it analyzes the status quo of the research on intellectual liability from the perspective of concept ,measurement and management.Finally ,it discusses the future research of intel‐lectual liability .
