摘　　要：基于文献回顾和实际调查,提出包括过程评价和效果评价的高校声誉危机管理评价框架,前者的评价维度为信息管理、应急决策以及公关与沟通,后者的评价维度为声誉恢复和学习与成长。在此基础上,采用德尔菲法设计高校声誉危机管理评价指标体系,进而基于层次分析法和灰色聚类评价理论构建相应的评价模型,并通过实例分析证明了该评价模型的适用性。Based on the literature review and investigation ,this paper proposes the evaluation framework of reputation crisis management of u‐niversity which includes two components ,namely process evaluation and performance evaluation.The former involves three evaluation dimen‐sions ,namely information management ,emerging decision and public relation ＆amp; communication ;the latter involves two evaluation dimensions , namely reputation recovering and learning ＆amp; growth.Based on this ,it designs the evaluation index system of reputation crisis management of u‐niversity using the Delphi method ,and then constructs the evaluation model by using AHP and grey clustering theory.Finally ,it demonstrates the usability of this evaluation model through an example.
