摘  要:以‘热研2号’柱花草茎段为外植体,研究不同激素种类及组合对试管苗诱导、增殖和生根的影响。结果表明:将带芽茎段接种在MS+6-BA 5.0 mg/L+GA30.5 mg/L的培养基中腋芽诱导率最高可达90%;最佳不定芽增殖培养基为MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L,其分化率达100%;最佳生根培养基为MS+IBA 1.0 mg/L+IAA1.0 mg/L。综上所述,该研究结果改变了丛生芽的产生途径,缩短了分化时间,提高了增殖速度,是快速繁殖柱花草苗的有效方法。In this experiment, the stems of Stylosanthes guianensis cv, Reyan2 were used as a material and the effects of hormones and their combinations on the propagation and rooting of the plantlets were also studied. The results showed that the highest frequency of shoot formation was obtained when explants(stem with buds) were cultured on MS+6-BA 5.0 mg/L+GA3 0.5 mg/L, the inducement rate of valid buds reached to 90%; The best adventitious bud proliferation medium was MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L and the differentiation rate was up to 100%;The best rooting medium was MS+IBA 1.0 mg/L+IAA 1.0 mg/L. This research changed the way of producing tufted multiple shoot, shortened the time of differentiation, and raised the speed of proliferation, It is the available way to quickly propagate the Stylosanthes.
