摘　　要：维生素D是一种人体必需的营养素,具有广泛的生物学效应。维生素D缺乏作为一个全球性的健康问题广泛存在。本文总结了孕期维生素D水平与母体妊娠结局的相关性及维生素D缺乏参与女性疾病发生的可能机制,为临床预防及治疗提供参考依据。Vitamin D is an essential nutrient for human body which has extensive biological effect.Vitamin D deficiency,as a global health problem,is very common throughout the world.This article summarizes the correlations between Vitamin D levels and maternal pregnancy outcome as well as the possible mechanisms of Vitamin D deficiency in women＇s diseases so as to provide a reference for clinical prevention and treatment.
