摘  要:1,25-二羟维生素D3〔1,25-(OH)2D3〕是维生素D的活性形式,在肠道、肾脏和骨骼中具有调节钙磷代谢的作用。近年研究发现,在肝脏、肾脏、骨骼之外的30多种组织器官中也发现了维生素D受体(VDR)的表达,尤其是在免疫系统、免疫细胞及激活的树突细胞中。并且发现1,25-(OH)2D3可影响多种细胞的增殖和分化,具有调节免疫细胞及免疫系统的作用,被认为是一种新型的免疫调节剂,可治疗多种结缔组织病。本文就维生素D与类风湿关节炎、系统性红斑狼疮、白塞病、炎性肠病关系的研究进展进行综述。As we know,1,25-(OH)2D3,an active form of Vitamin D,has a role in regulation of metabolism of calcium and phosphorus in intestine,kidney and bones.Recent studies have found that vitamin D receptor(VDR) expresses in more than 30 tissues and organs besides lever,kidney and bones,especially in the immune system,immune cells and activated dendritic cells.They have also found that 1,25-(OH)2D3may influence a variety of cellular proliferation and differentiation and has a role in regulation immune cells and immune system,which is considered as a novel immunomodulator for various connective tissue diseases.This paper reviews the research progress in application of vitamin D in rheumatoid arthritis,systemic lupus erythematosus,Behcet's disease,inflammatory bowel disease.
