治疗后,3组大鼠PAF、PCT、NO水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);其中对照组、大黄素组PAF、PCT、NO水平较空白组降低,大黄素组PAF、PCT、NO水平较对照组降低(P<0.05)。 Objective To investigate the effect of emodin on plasma platelet activating factor(PAF),procalcitonin(PCT) and nitric oxide(NO) levels in rats with severe abdominal infection. Methods The severe abdominal infection rat models were randomly divided into blank group, control group and emodin group, there were 12 rats in each group, and the three groups were respectively treated with 0.9% sodium chloride injection,Simo decoction and emodin. The levels of PAF,PCT and NO were detected by ELISA.Results There was no significant difference in levels of PAF,PCT and NO among three groups before treatment(P 〉0.05).After treatment, there were significant differences in levels of PAF,PCT and NO among three groups(P〈0.05).The levels of PAF,PCT and NO in control group and emodin group were significantly lower than those in blank group, levels of PAF,PCT and NO in emodin group were significantly lower than those in control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion The increases in inflammatory mediators are positively correlated with the severity of abdominal infection.Emodin can effectively decrease levels of PAF,PCT and NO in rats with severe abdominal infection,so as to decrease the plasma endotoxin level, stabilize free radicals release- clearance mechanism and oxidation- antioxidation mechanism, control inflammation, relieve abdominal infection and promote the body's recovery.
