摘  要:为寻求草原锦鸡儿幼苗适宜的育苗基质,以园土、河沙、锯屑、羊粪为试验材料,采用随机区组试验设计,通过方差分析和多重比较,研究11种不同配比的栽培基质对草原锦鸡儿幼苗生长及生理特性的影响。结果表明,不同配比基质对草原锦鸡儿幼苗的株高、地径、主根长、侧根数、高径比、地上部分质量、地下部分质量的影响存在差异;不同基质中的幼苗在可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白质含量、叶绿素含量上存在明显差异;基质的容重、孔隙度、速效氮、速效磷是影响草原锦鸡儿容器苗生长的主要因子;基质配方以60%园土+20%河沙+20%羊粪的配方比例,容重1.337g/cm3,孔隙度49.83%,土壤电导率128.7μs/cm,速效磷含量81.80 mg/kg,速效钾含量1 535.20mg/kg,速效氮含量115.79mg/kg,有机质含量94.58g/kg的碱性土(pH=8.115)最佳。The study was used to discuss the effects of cultivation matrix of eleven different combinations on growth and physiological characteristics of Caragana purnila ,and garden soil,riversand, sawdust and sheep manure were used as test materials, by using randomized block experiment design and variance analysis and multiple comparison to find seedling matrix formula of Caragana purnila. The results showed that there were differences in the different proportion effect of height, basal diameter, main root length, lateral root number,H/D,total fresh mass, total dry mass on Caragana pumila ,the soluble sugar content, soluble protein content, chlorophyll content of seedling. The bulk density, porosity, available nitrogen, available phosphorus of the medium were major factors influencing seedling growth. (60% garden soil+20% riversand+20% sheep manure) were the best suitable nursery substrate for seedling growing of Caragana pumila. The best medium is.bulk density is 1.337 g/cm3 ,porosity is 49.83% ,EC is 128.7μs/cm,available phosphorus is 81.80 mg/kg,available kalium is 1535.20 mg/kg,available nitrogen is 115.79 mg/kg,organic matter is 94.58 g/kg,pH is 8.115.
