摘 要:目的采用DPPH·法,测定云厚朴SFE-CO2萃取液、乙醇提取液和大紫丹参水提取液清除DPPH·自由基的活性。方法通过在样品中加入DPPH·,测定吸光度的改变,计算清除率%和C50。结果云厚朴SFE-CO2萃取液C50=4.83μg/mL,云厚朴乙醇提取液C50=4.17μg/mL;尚未达到C50时,大紫丹参水提取液的清除曲线就趋于平缓。结论云厚朴SFE-CO2萃取液、乙醇提取液和大紫丹参水提取液都具有清除DPPH·自由基的活性,大紫丹参水提取液清除DPPH·自由基的作用较弱。Objective: DPPH method was used to measure the DPPH radical scavenging activity of SFE - CO2 extract and ethanol extract from Magnolia Officinalis and water extract from Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae. Methods: DPPH was added into the sample to measure absorbance changes and to calculate clearance rate and C50. Resuhs : The SFE - CO2 extract C50 = 4.83 μg/mL and the ethanol extract C50 = 4. 17μg/mL. When not yet reaching C50, the clearance curve of the water extract from Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae was inclined to be flat. Conclusion : The SFE - CO2 extract and the ethanol extract from Magnolia Officinalis and the water extract from Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae have the free radical activity of scavenging DPPH and the water extract from Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae has a weak free radical of scavenging DPPH.
